We deliver the equipment to your home or party location approximately 30 - 45 minutes prior to your start time
- Set up takes approximately 30 minutes, access is needed prior to start time
- We inspect general area for safety hazards
- Set up and inflate Bounce House
- Review Safety Instructions with customer or assigned person (Must be at least 18 years old)
We return at the agreed time to inspect, clean, deflate, pack and remove all rented equipment
- Clean up and removal of equipment takes aproximately 30 minutes but can take as long as 1 and 1/2 hours and needs to be considered when securing a location for your event.
Bounce Houses rent for 4 hours up to 8 hours for $10 per each additional hour (full day is approximately 8 hours - you choose the start time)
We can provide attendants to monitor and supervise the bounce houses for your event at $12.00 per attendant per hour (2 attendants are needed for the slide combo)
If an electrical outlet is not available our generator can be rented at $32.00 plus tax for the first 4 hours - $8 each additional hour
Absolutely NO “Silly String", gum, candy, food, popsicles or beverages is ever allowed inside the inflatables.
- If upon pickup cleaning of any of these or any other sticky substances is found, we may have to impose a $40.00 cleaning fee
PREPARING FOR YOUR BOUNCER
Please provide at least an additional 24" clearance around the jumping castle space (example 13' X 13' jumping castle would need a 15' X 15' space) with at least 18" of clearance from tree branches and other obstructions for the bounce house. This will create an open space around the bounce house for safety and to protect our equipment. We will not set up the bounce house under or near any electrical or telephone wires.
Make sure there are no underground irrigation pipes and/or buried telephone cables or electric lines close to the perimeter of the bounce site. We will use 12" stakes to secure the bounce house. Bounce Around Tucson is not responsible for any damage when stakes are used.
Clear the site of all sharp sticks and rocks, animal waste, large rocks and other large debris. (See below for rocks that we can setup on and those that we cannot.) If animal waste must be removed, please cover the spot to protect our equipment from residue. On hard surfaces like driveways or parking lots, please sweep the area clean.
The bounce site should be relatively level. No more than a 6 inch slope per 10 feet.
A standard 110 outlet within 100 feet of where the bouncer will be located is required for operation. It is best that the outlet not be shared with other large equipment. If you do not have electrical access, you can rent a generator for your bounce house for $8 per hour plus tax.
Please be present at the time of delivery and pick up. A clear path of at least 3 feet wide is necessary for delivery of the small bounce houses and at least 4 feet for our larger bounce houses.
